Flexibility to work at home; commitment to training/learning
I have not encountered too many actively disengaged employees who are working to recruit detractors and naysayers. The ones I've met seem to realize they are outnumbered and they are self-aware enough to tamp down their negativity as a result.
Management needs to take better care of the employees, provide ID badges in accurate times, need to have a scheduler, in order us to have a workday schedule.
