What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are helpful towards me and never give up on their task.
Incredibly smart, driven, and talented, yet no one has a huge ego. Everyone in the company has a voice and the opportunity to share their views and make a real impact. Clearly this has been working for us as the company is doing incredibly well!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honest feedback, consistency, and actually acting on this info.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They give me free things and always tell me what to do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always attempts to try their best and not let anyone fall behind.
Almost everyone I work with is someone I'd be happy to spend time with outside of the office. In fact, many of us do get together socially after work or on the weekends. We all work insanely hard and a powerful bond has been built as a result.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication, inspiring and supportive leadership, super smart and incredibly driven people, diversity across all levels of the business, and so many opportunities to learn and grow.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to change my work time because its not optimal for me.

I liked that it gave every aspect of an interview.
