Mr. Lewis Chew has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dolby Laboratories, Inc. since June 04, 2012 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Chew previously was Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of National Semiconductor Corporation (design, manufacturing, and sale of semiconductor products) (2001 to 2011). Mr. Chew also was a Partner and Certified Public Accountant at KPMG, LLP (accounting firm), where he served mainly technology and financial institution clients. Mr. Chew has been a Director of PG&E Corporation and the Pacific Gas and Electric Company since September 2009. He holds B.S. degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University in 1984.
