Benefits. Commissions could be better if the product was more well known.
They pay interns far better than any other tech company, then the work with interns to get fair full-time offers out.

Lack of listening to the employee voice! Leadership talk a good game but don't connect with us on the ground! CEO does not allow his leadership team to step up! Still manages Domo like its a new start-up... It is time to focus on what he is good at! Sales, Clients! Not people management!
