Lack of listening to the employee voice! Leadership talk a good game but don't connect with us on the ground! CEO does not allow his leadership team to step up! Still manages Domo like its a new start-up... It is time to focus on what he is good at! Sales, Clients! Not people management!

Revamp the Exec leadership team! CEO move to Chairman and focus on his strengths as the founder, talking on a global scale about Domo! Allow senior leadership to step! Shoulder the responsibility and make their own decisions not be told what to do by the CEO! Get Global Guys!
