Mr. Jeffrey E. Spethmann, also known as Jeff, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Waltek, Inc. Mr. Spethmann has been Senior Vice President of Industrial Products at Donaldson Company, Inc. since April 4, 2016. Mr. Spethmann served as the Vice President of Global Industrial Air Filtration at Donaldson Company, Inc. from April 1, 2014 to April 4, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Exhaust & Emissions since February 18, 2012 until April 1, 2014. He leads Exhaust and Emissions business's continuing transition from a muffler business to an emission control business. He has a wealth of general management experience.
