Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The supervisors on 3rd are really easy to talk to. I'm very introverted and have some social anxiety issues so if I can talk to you easily it says a lot about those people. If you have any request or concern they are very prompt with getting back to you regarding your request. Genuine, good people.
Good showing the overall company strategy
Our executive is not based in USA. We work as a team & and challenge each other to greater achievements. As a team.amd individuals we are not afraid to walk the hard yards but we get the people buy in before say finalizing a strategy..by getting the buy in the entire company is focused as one.
Mostly good. They do play favorites though and overwork others to the point of them quiting, but the line supervisors are fantastic

Understanding that ability is more important than tenure at the company.
Working as a team not a single person
Lose the arrogance. Embrace diversity - including diversity of thought - and not just on the surface.
Management at Frankfort is USELESS. They cannot manage production capacity which means too much overtime for everyone else while you can't ever find one of them. Thanksgiving and Christmas 1 day off several years in a row. floor managers are awesome but also way overworked.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement benefits are about 7% per year.
Having a healthcare plan and 401k
They match a fair percentage for 401k. I've seen better but I've also seen worse.
Only company that gives you 2 weeks vacation and 40 hours personal time in your first year

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses should be shared with all employees, not just leadership.
More money for the work you have to do
Only the executives make the money in RSUs. Hardworking individuals dont get bonus or stock options.
The career framework initiative is tone-deaf. Just drop ir and grow up.
insurance is a JOKE. worst I've ever seen. if you have this insurance DON'T get sick. If you do they find ways to fire you anyway.

floor leaders are great, but management puts way too much on them and most are getting to the point they are going to quit. other employees are all overworked, but we try to get through day to day.

Not sure we have any
There is none people are just tired
neat , effective, manager, cooperative
We trust our people equally and get the buy in and support in designing and implementing strategies for growth. We also develop our people to their full potential. Everyone is allowed to have a say without fear of being victimized.
The line supervisors are not afraid to help work on the line to get everyone caught up

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management, better training and updated equipment
I'll send you to prove on training update to antiquated machinery and remove certain management positions

The top leadership needs to go. Just a terrible tone being set every day.
better pay, less overtime. Some people have been on 10 hours for 5+ years non stop, other work 7 days a week for 7+ years with only 1 day off every other week maybe. Constantly scheduled every holiday with only 1 day off for xmas or thanksgiving. plant capacity sadly managed.

Thorough process, the opportunity to meet with executive positions during the interview process. The interview was not just what I could do for Donaldson but what Donaldson can do for me. The focus was on the right "fit" for both parties.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make sure you specify they are going to have to do everything and figure out everything for themselves. There is little to no support.
Select quality people instead of hiring just anybody
Hire more diverse candidates. Update the office ftom the 1960's to at least the 1990's.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can sit and think and do what I want to do without stress.
Just being able to do my job.
Getting something done for internal or external customers
When I'm able to do my job without too many "set backs". Also when everyone pulls their own weight. That's nice to see as well.

Maybe management should realy listen not act like they here us
People are inventing solutions in a bubble.
High prices for very average products.
going to work means what new, extra work are they going to push off onto the floor employees. floor leaders try so are and are treated like trash with engineering manager yelling at everyone. So many people trying to hold together what management is trashing, and most of them are always missing.
