better pay, less overtime. Some people have been on 10 hours for 5+ years non stop, other work 7 days a week for 7+ years with only 1 day off every other week maybe. Constantly scheduled every holiday with only 1 day off for xmas or thanksgiving. plant capacity sadly managed.
