The supervisors on 3rd are really easy to talk to. I'm very introverted and have some social anxiety issues so if I can talk to you easily it says a lot about those people. If you have any request or concern they are very prompt with getting back to you regarding your request. Genuine, good people.
Good showing the overall company strategy
Our executive is not based in USA. We work as a team & and challenge each other to greater achievements. As a team.amd individuals we are not afraid to walk the hard yards but we get the people buy in before say finalizing a strategy..by getting the buy in the entire company is focused as one.
Mostly good. They do play favorites though and overwork others to the point of them quiting, but the line supervisors are fantastic

Management at Frankfort is USELESS. They cannot manage production capacity which means too much overtime for everyone else while you can't ever find one of them. Thanksgiving and Christmas 1 day off several years in a row. floor managers are awesome but also way overworked.
