I work at Donan as a part time Fire Investgator. I have great support from my supervisor and the company has provided the support needed to be successful.

It has been a very rewarding experience and I have learned so much. Some days are more frustrating than others, but that's going to happen at any job. I see a very bright future ahead; however, my confidence in having the opportunity to execute strategically is quite low these days.

Most are personable and seem to care about employees.

Communication and decision making. They need to get better at knowing which battles are worth fighting.

Heathcare coverage. Donan pays a significant portion of the premium, contributes to your HSA account, and funds an HRA.

Pay is not competitive, but the environment helps bridge the gap. It is unfortinate to know that I will have to leave the company to be fairly compensated.

We are more or less all friends.

In my area, it's definitely the flexibility.

It is too political and there is no accountability. Policies will get changed to curb bad behavior instead of addressing the issue. The impact of changes for all business lines isn’t considered until it’s too late.

The speed. From first contact to first day was about a month.
