Donan wants to provide our customers an excellent job and they assist the employees with that task
In my area, it's definitely the flexibility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is too political and there is no accountability. Policies will get changed to curb bad behavior instead of addressing the issue. The impact of changes for all business lines isn’t considered until it’s too late.
