- What is the best part about your compensation package?Heathcare coverage. Donan pays a significant portion of the premium, contributes to your HSA account, and funds an HRA.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?It is too political and there is no accountability. Policies will get changed to curb bad behavior instead of addressing the issue. The impact of changes for all business lines isn’t considered until it’s too late.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and decision making. They need to get better at knowing which battles are worth fighting.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is not competitive, but the environment helps bridge the gap. It is unfortinate to know that I will have to leave the company to be fairly compensated.
