Quit or be fired are the only recommendations I have for the entire leadership org.

DV is known for not paying their employees fairly for the sheer amount of work that they load up on their plate. Hours to pay are ridiculous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, caring, and train each other
Very progressive managers and intelligent team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being so sycophantic and making excuses for bad managers and poor leadership. It's like Stockholm Syndrome here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance and the way people are treated
Free lunches, team activities, fun parties
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete overhaul of senior management.

They are very thorough and ensure that people fit the culture
