Hr never came for negotiation of salary
The out of pocket medical expenses are extraordinary. especially as you age and have more medical needs. I had a simple MRI and have a PPO medical and still had to pay $900+ out of pocket for that MRI.
I am 25 years overdue for a promotion. After excelling on a multi year project, the male I reported to got the promotion.
Highly undervalued, all matters is ur contacts n not work, one needs to show a lot than actual do.

Been doing my job for over 10 years . But I can't transfer ( make a lateral move ) because HR says I am not Quilfied ? They changed the requirements for my job role , now requires a college degree. So even though I have help this position for over 10 years I can't move.
