What needs to change to make the company culture better?
At the mercy of the CEO and executive's who don't care about their people just their divedents , they own tons of stock all about enriching them selfs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been doing my job for over 10 years . But I can't transfer ( make a lateral move ) because HR says I am not Quilfied ? They changed the requirements for my job role , now requires a college degree. So even though I have help this position for over 10 years I can't move.
