Focusing on the employee, less volatility in the work place, truly fair pay, and less control/shaming about spending on needed supplies
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I only rate them 5/10 because thats the percentage of coworkers I’ll get to talk to after all realignments and synergies are said and done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less volatility, having answers for us when we ask questions about the merge, more money spent on outings and team building so its actually a fun place to work again. Happy employees = happy clients/customers = more money
