What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock in a growing company, great vacation, great remote culture. If I have to pick one thing I'd wish they would do there is no tuition assistance.

The fact that I don't have to trade my work/life balance to be well compensated

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits could be improved. More sick days and PTO as well as 401k match would make them more competitive.
