
doxo's Frequently Asked Questions page is a central hub where its customers can always go to with their most common questions. These are the 86 most popular questions doxo receives.
To pay a bill, select the biller from your doxo list, or do a search to find them on doxo from the search window on your dashboard.
If your biller shows up in the search results, click on your biller to add them to your doxo list. If your biller does not show up, you can still add them manually. Add them by filling in the providers name and website under the error message Your search for Providers Name didnt return any results.
Once the biller shows up on your doxo list (at the upper left side of the page), click on the biller to navigate to their provider page, and when their page shows up, you will see a "$ Make a Payment" button if doxo can process payments for them. Click it to initiate a payment.
If the "$ Make a Payment" button isn't there, then unfortunately, payments cannot be processed for that particular provider.

Sign in to your account at https://user.doxo.com/session/new
Click the link at the top of the page labeled My Settings.
Scroll down the settings page and click the "Cancel my doxo account" link at the bottom.

Go to the My Settings page: https://user.doxo.com/settings Scroll down to the Notifications section and mouse over it.
Click the Edit button that appears, and click the checkboxes to select which email notifications will be sent to you.
Click Save, and your preferences have been updated.

View ArticleIf a payment is scheduled, you will be shown a warning before deleting the funding source that so doing will also delete the payment unless it is already processing. Once a payment is processing, the funding source can be removed without affecting any payment. The processed payment will still go through as planned but no future payments will come from the removed funding source.

How am I billed?
doxoPLUS is a subscription service and you will be billed monthly on the same date you signed up for the service.
How can I cancel my doxoPLUS subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your doxo account. By canceling, your subscription will not renew on the next renewal date.
Can I use all payment methods with doxoPLUS?
doxoPLUS only works with certain payment methods. You will only be offered the option of a doxoPLUS subscription if you are paying with an approved payment method. You may pay with doxo using other pay methods, but you will be charged the regular fees.
I did not sign up for doxoPLUS?
If you signed up for doxoPLUS in error please contact our support department. They will be happy to cancel and refund any fees from unused months. Support is available 24 hours a day at [email protected].

View ArticleYou can use your doxo account to connect multiple accounts with one provider. Follow these steps to connect additional accounts with the same provider:
After establishing the first connection on your account, click + Add Account on the left side of the page
Select the provider you wish to add, and click the + Add a new account box
Connect by clicking the providers name and then click Connect & Go Paperfree
You are now connected with multiple accounts to the one provider. Also, note that it may be useful to use the My Label function on the website to add a personal label, as this will help you differentiate between your multiple accounts.

Go to h to begin the sign-in process in a new window.
Once on the sign-in page, enter your username and click "Continue." If prompted, enter the answer to your secret question and click "Continue" again.
On the password entry page, click "I forgot my password," and an email will be sent to your email address. That email will contain a link you can click to set a new password for your doxo account.
View ArticleTo activate doxoPAY for your doxo account, click the "$ Pay" button on a pay document or the "$ Make a Payment" button on a payable provider's page. Before a payment is made, you will be asked to provide a payment instrument to use for the payment.
Once doxoPAY is set up, follow these steps to review or update the information used for payments:
Click the "Account Settings" link at the top of the page.
Click the Edit button to the right of the existing doxoPAY account entry.
Verify or change the account information before clicking Save Changes.
Please note that as a security measure the account, credit card, and debit card numbers for your pay accounts remain encrypted and are never viewable.

View ArticleIf your provider allows payments via doxo, you can make a payment from their provider's page by doing the following:
From the list on the left-hand side of the screen, click on the provider you wish to pay. You will see a small gray, green or blue circular icon left of their name if payment is possible.
If there is a gray button saying "Connect & Go Paperfree," click on it and provide the requested information. If there isn't a button here, proceed to the next step.
Click the "$ Make a Payment" button. You may then be asked to provide account information for your bank account and your account with the provider.
Note the information regarding "Pay from," which is your bank account to be debited.
Next, follow the prompts to enter a payment amount and a delivery date for your payment.
Now a "To Do" item will appear in your list. Click on the calendar icon on this payment to edit the date, amount, or to cancel it.
You can edit a payment until it starts processing and the funds are debited from your bank account.

View ArticleIf you pay a bill without using the "Pay" button on a document, it will not be marked as paid. To fix this, simply click "Pay" on the document and follow the prompt for "Mark document as paid," then click the "File" button to remove it from your "To Do" list.
View ArticleAuto Schedule allows you to pay automatically from your bank account when providers send you bills. You can set up the maximum amount paid to avoid paying more than youre expecting. If a document comes in for more than the Auto Schedule maximum, you will be sent a notification so you can review the document.To enable Auto Schedule, follow these steps:
Click the green Pay button on a pay document.
Schedule a payment by selecting the payment amount and delivery date.
Click the Turn on Auto Schedule checkbox in the last box.
Enter the maximum amount to automatically pay.
Review the information and ensure its accuracy, then click Submit Payment.
As noted in this box, payments are automatically scheduled for 7 days after receipt or the actual due date, whichever comes first. If the amount due for a pay document exceeds the auto pay maximum or the pay document arrives too close to the due date for a payment to be scheduled, then no payment will be scheduled and a notification will be sent to you allowing you to review the document.
To edit or cancel Auto Schedule, follow these steps:
Go to the My Settings page: https://user.doxo.com/infinity/settings
Scroll down to the doxoPAY section.
Click Edit to change the maximum amount or click remove to prevent any automatic payment.

After following the above link, enter your username and click "Continue." On the secret answer page, click "I forgot my answer" to initiate a reset of your secret answer. Having clicked on "I forgot my answer," you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the reset.

Once a company has been added by a doxo user, we verify the information against a variety of sources, add additional details, and publish it to make it available to other doxo users.
Users can further help enhance the doxo experience as customers by creating a "Bills & Accounts List" to use in keeping track of their providers, suggesting updates to a company profile, and by suggesting new companies we should add to doxo.
If a company hasnt yet joined doxo, any doxo user can suggest updates or additions to the profile, with those updates and additions then verified for accuracy before approval on doxo. If a company joins the doxo network, that company then has the added ability to edit and maintain their own company profile page.
