What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization, clear expectations across the board, holding all the reps to the same standard. Discontinue passive-aggressive slack communications and increasingly toxic culture.
Hire more diversity and people of color
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This company takes advantage of poor people, the stock is worthless
Solid benefits package (401k matching for example) for a company of this stage.
It is a fair package.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the reps are extremely supportive and respectful of one another.
Focus and willingness to jump in and help.
Very open communication. Zero BS and game playing compared to companies i've worked at in the past.

funny, fun group. Real people who enjoy working together, not just formal corporate relationships.
