Everyone knows what is expected of them and they work hard to achieve the goals.
We move fast and we're ever evolving. No idea is a bad idea. And we're a start up, so upper management is open to ideas. I came from a big tech company, and my manager and upper management is open to the ideas I have brought from my previous company to help build my team and strengthen it.
My favorite thing about doxo's culture is the quirky sense of humor.
The people are great and the product is solving a very antiquated problem.
