The new software manager told us he wants to be a "Family". No more than a week later 54 people were laid off. The company has gone downhill for a while: poor management choices and very poor raises. Bonuses are slim to none.
I have seen great improvements and advancement in policies, procedures, communication and planning. It has been a valuable experience working in an environment that encourages learning from mistakes, taking on challenges and exploring creative solutions.
