My role has been both challenging and rewarding. Start-ups are fast-paced, and I have loved getting pushed out of my comfort zone. The team and culture we are building at Dragonboat feels so supportive. It really feels like we're all in this together making an impact in the product world.

Got to know the CEO pretty well before I started.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing what we do make sense to our customers and giving them those "aha" moments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we do pretty well with cross functional work. I've never felt like there are silos, and have enjoyed getting to know people across the org.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone supports everyone's success. Whether it's a small or large thing, or something related to another team, everyone joins in on celebrating the wins. I think it's because we really do view ourselves as a team, and not as individuals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel supported by each one of them. We are a small team, so I'm sure as we grow that will evolve, but I love that they care. They care not just about Dragonboat and our role, but also about us personally. I also think they are great at inspiring the rest of us with their vision for our team.
