Working at startup at Dragonboat's stage is both exciting and challenging. Everything keeps moving and changing fast, and you get to learn a lot on different aspects of the business, and wear multiple hats. There are lots of opportunities to grow, and you can find support across teams.

My role has been both challenging and rewarding. Start-ups are fast-paced, and I have loved getting pushed out of my comfort zone. The team and culture we are building at Dragonboat feels so supportive. It really feels like we're all in this together making an impact in the product world.

Working at a tech Startup can be challenging at times, but so worth it. I wouldn't trade this team for anyone- they're all amazing, highly-dedicated colleagues.

I think we do pretty well with cross functional work. I've never felt like there are silos, and have enjoyed getting to know people across the org.

I would trust my team with anything, they have my back 100% of the time and are willing to put in extra work to help me out on projects when needed.

Not too many meetings, everyone is a team player, no egos getting in the way of success or company politics. We all genuinely want everyone to succeed. The level of talent on the team is very high.

Everyone supports everyone's success. Whether it's a small or large thing, or something related to another team, everyone joins in on celebrating the wins. I think it's because we really do view ourselves as a team, and not as individuals.

I love the company's diversity especially- it's clear that there's no racial or gender bias.

I've never been questioned as a remote worker about my commitment. You do the work, doesn't matter where or when as long as it's done in due time. We can have honest discussions with our managers. Like any company, we have our ups and downs, but we get through it together.
