What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we do pretty well with cross functional work. I've never felt like there are silos, and have enjoyed getting to know people across the org.
I would trust my team with anything, they have my back 100% of the time and are willing to put in extra work to help me out on projects when needed.
Not too many meetings, everyone is a team player, no egos getting in the way of success or company politics. We all genuinely want everyone to succeed. The level of talent on the team is very high.
A team of A players, but in a fun, collaborative, not competitive way.

They are very good at walking the line between getting stuff done and being fun and chill.
They are all really great personalities and balance work with fun really well.
