What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is smart, collaborative, and deeply committed to doing great work. We move quickly, support one another, and bring creativity and energy to solving problems. I also appreciate how willing everyone is to learn, adapt, and keep improving.

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest at work is seeing an idea turn into something that genuinely helps the team. I love building better systems, solving messy problems, and watching people grow. The best days are when we move quickly, support one another, and make meaningful progress together.

What do you like best about your company?
The people. Most folks have families and are extremely understanding that life happens. You are very much expected to get your work done but as long as its on time and not blocking others how you work that out is up to you
