What makes me happiest at work is seeing an idea turn into something that genuinely helps the team. I love building better systems, solving messy problems, and watching people grow. The best days are when we move quickly, support one another, and make meaningful progress together.

The people. Most folks have families and are extremely understanding that life happens. You are very much expected to get your work done but as long as its on time and not blocking others how you work that out is up to you
