My boss is incompetent but nothing is done about because my district manager doesn't like confrontation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a good amount of time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’ve been with the company for seven years and I make under $13 an hour.

There are no benefits for part time employees which is on the frustrating side.
The compensation is not consistent with the responsibility that we carry.
You need to be able to get paid hourly instead of on commission. Makes it better for us trying to provide food and shelter for our families. Full time should have some sort of benefits given to them.

My team tries but it's hard to motivate when they see the store manager doing nothing.
We all know what we need to do to accomplish goals and work together and communicate.
