We all know what we need to do to accomplish goals and work together and communicate.

Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking, as well as team players.

My team tries but it's hard to motivate when they see the store manager doing nothing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are some who are really good in engaging in making the team better while there are others who try to fight the changes that need to be implemented.

We don’t have company meetings anymore.
