Understand their roles and collaborate with other functond more. Not just focus on their own job designations
Those that are working the hardest are getting paid the least. Since the company is owned by a private equity company, its all about the numbers and appearing profitable. This means they control the numbers by having low salaries for the worker bees and expecting them to go "above ang beyond"
Adapt salary benchnarking exercises and Human capital function shoukd review compensation and benefits regulalarly
The problem isnt the coworkers. Its the leadership. Yet the leadership team tries to cover up their lack of skills, knowlege and expertise by blaming the workers. There is a culture of blame within the organization. For example "who messed up. They will be fired!" Instead of leadership leading.
Don't work in silos , collaborate
Real communication and collaboration need to be embraced.
Leadership that knows the business, has experience in their jobs and the jobs of their subordinates. Also, the culture will never be good if the company continues to be bought and somd to private equity companies.
Walk the talk and learn to lead better
