What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is approachable and thoughtful.
The leaders genuinely care about their staff. They don’t sit up in a tower above the fray, they lead from the front. They aren’t afraid to be wrong and take risks, and they are agile and nimble. They make the job bigger and they challenge us to be a participant in strategic decisions.
They truly embrace the open door policy. Willing to listen to new ideas, no matter your title or pay grade.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuine, willing to give a hand, open to feedback, and fun to laugh with.
The people at DrFirst are beyond amazing. They welcome you and treat you like part of the team from the beginning. All cultures and backgrounds are accepted openly. Teammates are supportive and cheer you on during projects.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care about each other, being better today than yesterday, and challenge each other to be this way.
The office space is welcoming with various colors on the walls and acceptable noise levels. There is free pb&j daily, two days of free fruit a week, bagel Friday each month, low priced soda, ping pong, contests, potlucks, and so much more! There are great spaces for collaboration too.

What makes you most happy at work?
The growth and positive direction we are taking. It’s happening rapidly and we can see that our collective efforts are making an impact on healthcare and within the company.
The people! Having people supporting you and not tearing you down is key to a good day and great place to work.
