Executive Bio
Clay Scheitzach was named Executive Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel for DriveTime in March 2018. Mr. Scheitzach, who most recently served as a Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Conduent, Inc. (f/k/a Xerox Business Services) an international business process services company, has more than 19 years specializing in business and corporate law. Mr. Scheitzach received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Texas and his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University.
