- What makes you most happy at work?The actual work task/responsibilities and my internal customers are the only thing that makes me happy.

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?People are promoted and valued based on who they have a personal relationship with rather than their qualifications and performance. For the company to truly thrive, this good ole boy system must be extinguished. With up-and-coming leaders, I believe it will eventually happen.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Collaboration. Department managers work in silos and have too much organizational power. Executive team should be more involved in execution of organizational strategy.
