Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Accenture should have better benefits.

They have no respect for service employees and view them as expendable or replaceable. They only hire minorities in these service positions to get cheap labor. The operations team formerly office service was a revolving door because of mistreatment and lack of respect.

They undervalue their operations and office services team. They separate this department from the rest of the company and only hire Urban fresh out of highschool kids for more labor and less pay
