Long hours. Overworked. Not much growth

The experience was good based on the actual team we had. But dealing with management you have to do things you’re not morally in agreement with. Management uses people until they can’t anymore then discards them and replaces them with free labor from programs like fountai

Good intentions. Motivated. Creatively driven, poor strategy

They need to learn how to actually manage an office and follow oscha rules and employee rights.

Accenture should have better benefits.

They have no respect for service employees and view them as expendable or replaceable. They only hire minorities in these service positions to get cheap labor. The operations team formerly office service was a revolving door because of mistreatment and lack of respect.

They undervalue their operations and office services team. They separate this department from the rest of the company and only hire Urban fresh out of highschool kids for more labor and less pay

Creatively driven. Smart people. Hungry.

Coworkers in the service departments (operations formerly office service) were great it’s the management level of the department that’s horrible. They don’t listen to the issues and micromanage everything.

They need better managers to properly guide them on how to run an office

Good people. The brand of the agency.

Everything outside the service departments are pretty good. Operations (formerly office service) is the only department with a huge lack of respect from peers and is purposely excluded from participating in company events. Other departments do well in this situation.

The only positive is that they celebrate everything so every Friday they have happy hours and drinking celebrations are very common

The lies they fed about the culture and inclusivity and growth opportunities they show you but later restrict.
