fair market pricing for medical benefits
If there was a clean sweep in HR and they hired new people that treated employees like human beings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most have been here a long time and we get along really well.
We know how each other works and we all work very efficiently together we want to be the best team DS has in the US.

Clearer structures, more decisive leadership
Get rid of HR and get rid of the people that go around and snitch and make false reports on other people for HR

hiring based on knowledge and ability rather than knowing the right buzz words to use and connections.
Get people in there that actually know what they're doing and won't lie to people

I Was Hired To Work At This Company...On August 29....I Was Told My Orientation Is September 19. I Put My 2 Weeks Notice On My Regular Job On September 8. On September 19 The HR Lady Name Felishia Weston Told Me They Can't Hire Me Due To A Background Charge In 2001. She Sent Me The Paper...She Sent
