If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at DT Professional Services?
Company sponsored “social hour” once a week.
The culture at DT is already one of the best in all the companies I have worked at. But, there's always room for improvement. I heard from a friend who works at Google that they allow their employees to work on projects that they want, 10% of the times. I know DT is nowhere close to being a Google but, if that can happen, our creativity and drive can definitely catapult the company to a whole new level.
That's a tough one but, I would ask for individual & team accomplishments should be celebrated equally.

Probably the best I've ever seen. Its very collaborative & every employee is heard and felt appreciated. Most importantly I believe the executive management is willing to work with every employee's situation.
