Communication and having good Interpersonal skills if your a leader. Human Resources do an amazing job and are very good at what they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Benefits. Company pays 100%

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being compensated for my worth. I am doing the job of 2 and sometimes 3 people. I use to love my job and now my responsibities have tripled. So overwhelmed and nobody cares.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine they dont have the amount of work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont know because I never get to interact with others because I'm too busy I don't take breaks anymore.
