The HR team did a great job getting me onboarded and connecting me with the right people to get trained and up and running quickly.
What's the work from home policy like at Duda?
Duda is generally very supportive of flexible works hours. In addition, every Friday is a work from home day for all U.S. employees. If another work from home day is needed, it's very easy to request and get approved.
How's the vacation policy at Duda?
Duda has an unlimited PTO/vacation policy. Managers are generous with vacation approval and employees frequently take advantage of the policy and take time off when they need to.
