What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are the best.

Benefits are fair in my opinion but lowest among other Healthcare employers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Transparency in accounting. True leadership. Not like Putin.

Start paying overtime fairly. If i work 48 hours one week but 35 the next, in one pay period i would only be paid 3 hours of overtime.

Employees are not protected at this place. Stay far away

recruiters don't respond to emails about transferring departments.

Better health insurance. We were given a poor substitute this year which covers much less. Quarterly 401 additions. Less focus on how many patients you can get through during the day and more focus on quality.
