Easy to contact and communicate with them.

They have no clue what's really going on in the lower levels of the department. They are being spoon fed lies about productivity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fixed part of salary and variable.
Pension benefits, car allowance, fixed pay
Medical and retirement benefits are the best

Employees should be rewarded with salary increases that match what a new hire would receive.

Entrepreneurial spirit, humour, honesty, loyalty, creativity
