The leadership team motivates and inspires for career growth. Very grateful for such an incredible opportunity.
They talk to the little guys - I get to meet with leadership regularly

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked for one of Dycoms subsidiary Prince Telecom we were forced to work close to 80hrs a week for a salary under the poverty level
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all nice and easy to get along with
Team meeting tend to be quick

Employees are mistreated and under paid and they are told that if they quit they can not go to a competitor to work so they feel stuck.
