Bessie Wang — Chief of Staff, HR and Administration, Global at Dymax Corporation

Bessie is the Chief of Staff, Global HR & Administration, where she serves as a key strategic partner to the Director and Chairman on all matters related to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Bessie joined Dymax in 2016 as Human Resources Manager for Greater China, bringing two decades of experience in HR leadership, compensation architecture, and strategic business partnership across the Asia Pacific region. Over the past decade, she has risen through progressively senior roles—from leading HR for Greater China, to overseeing the broader Asia Pacific region as Senior HR Manager, to serving as Asia HR Director while also holding global process ownership for compensation management. In 2026 she was appointed to her current position. In this capacity, she is responsible for setting global people strategy and governing HR frameworks worldwide. She provides strategic direction to HR leaders outside of Asia, ensuring global standards are harmonized with regional needs, while directly leading the HR and administration teams across the APAC region. Throughout her tenure at Dymax, she has built foundational HR infrastructure, standardized core HR processes across Asia, and is currently driving the worldwide standardization of the company's Human Resources framework. She holds a Master's degree in Management from Wuhan University.
