Compesation is good people are terrible
We are always willing to help each other out. We communicate with one another daily, but also meet weekly to discuss individual and team projects. Everyone offers and requests support as needed to ensure none of us feel burnt out.

My coworkers need more training and a deeper commitment to the company
Team atmosphere and committee ovation meetings.
Our company gives back to the community and allows employees to get involved much of the time. We have a committee that handles local donations, but also invites us to participate in fundraisers and events that the company is sponsoring as part of the community outreach.

We have a committee that plans events and outings throughout the year to help us enjoy work more. Some examples include a road-side cleanup for Earth Day, an off-site company picnic, a Veterans Day ceremony with a live performance, and a year-end holiday party for us and our spouses.

I interviewed once with the hiring manager, and then with a panel of managers I would be interacting with. It was nice to be able to hear from four other managers and get their perspective on working for the company and how we would collaborate together.
