Compesation is good people are terrible
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always willing to help each other out. We communicate with one another daily, but also meet weekly to discuss individual and team projects. Everyone offers and requests support as needed to ensure none of us feel burnt out.

My team is welcoming and supportive. We communicate with each other every day, but we also meet on a weekly basis to discuss our individual & team projects. This allows us to offer and request support as needed, and helps us to accomplish our goals individually and collectively without burning out.

Our team is very collaborative and open. While we communicate with each other every day, we meet once a week to discuss our projects and offer or request support as needed. Overall, our team is quick to help when someone needs support or encouragement.

My coworkers need more training and a deeper commitment to the company
Team atmosphere and committee ovation meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company gives back to the community and allows employees to get involved much of the time. We have a committee that handles local donations, but also invites us to participate in fundraisers and events that the company is sponsoring as part of the community outreach.

We have a committee that plans events and outings throughout the year to help us enjoy work more. Some examples include a road-side cleanup for Earth Day, an off-site company picnic, a Veterans Day ceremony with a live performance, and a year-end holiday party for us and our spouses.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet different managers that I would be cross-collaborating or interacting with. They walked me through a typical day and how our roles interacted with one another for the bigger company picture

I interviewed once with the hiring manager, and then with a panel of managers I would be interacting with. It was nice to be able to hear from four other managers and get their perspective on working for the company and how we would collaborate together.

At least do a background check and ask if I graduated HS.
