The leadership team is excellent and their Director of Research was always open to talking about new experiments or using LLPS in a novel way.

Reality and communications with the office emplyees exspevially billing and authorization.

That pay is. Based on job proformance not favoritizam.

Understanding the needs of others as well as helping when needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve by learning your job and not ecpecting others to help. It keeps others from being able to get what is expected of them to be accomplised.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Competitive but could be managed.

The energy and excitement to be part of a team. Even tho it was a false front to lure you in.
