What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pretty chill most of the time
The leadership team is accessable and empower employees.
Vision and inclusion to achieving company and personal success
They make every employee feel valued and a part of the team.
They are driven leaders who pass on knowledge to help everyone strove to do better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between shifts and operations.
They don’t like to communicate employees they handled the pandemic in the worst way. They are lazy and pressured to either slice budgets and manpower to save in hour
Listening to their teams and understanding market trends
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is very competitive in industry
The health insurance and 401k
Bonuses are paid regularly and fairly.
Exceptional PTO and mileage compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The average level of skill is high and everyone really helps each other. There are minimal politics.
We work together and listen to one another.
Hard-working and fun-loving, highly intelligent individuals.
Available to work with each other to complete our goals.
There’s a team spirit. Everyone is on board with helping out and it’s mostly because we are unionized that we have these val
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pull their own weight and work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is expected to treat others with respect. I have worked for companies where confrontation was almost encouraged but that is not the case at Gallo.

We strive for excellence but do not expect perfection. We work as a team and value each other.
Fun-loving group, promotion from within is very motivating.
Very family oriented and considerate of work life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop slicing budgets. Give us the right equipment for the job. Boost employees morale. This used to be a place people liked to work at and most of us have been very disappointed

It was very Straightforward and not overly complicated.
Hiring managers were very transparent and kind.

I'd like to see more African Americans in management positions. Almost all Area managers and District managers are white men and women.
