A generous severance package based on years of service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits could be better, especially the ever-changing high-deductible plans that are getting more expensive with less coverage

My team was very knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge.
Knowledge experts, friendly, willing to help each other however possible, good overall individuals equating to a good overall team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office is beautiful, the tech in the office is great and the perks like free drinks, coffee bar, etc are all great to have.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The easy flow of conversation with each person met with. It was more of a discussion than an interview which made the atmosphere more comfortable for both sides. This led to a better way to connect with one another.

There are flexible work arrangements and walking trails if you come to the office and need a break.
Learning new things, coming up with solutions to client needs, creating new innovative product offerings and/or custom solutions and educating and working with our clients daily.
