What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical & Health benefits are above average. Food is provided for breakfast & lunch daily.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I CAN make money by putting in ridiculous overtime during the crunch season, but my department was one of the few hourly departments.

I believe we are paid below industry standard.

Career progression and growth is not clear and Management is not grooming the inhouse talent for the next level roles

Base pay has not increased in years. Raises are based on base pay time tenure. Low compared to other jobs in the market
