They need to be able to not get personal and emotional unstable on the job. I am am there to go do the best job possible but when management gets too much into there personal life it affects my ability to be productive at work. Even when I do my job right and effectively they falsified write up

I am undervalued. I am the meat and seafood team lead and the decisions I make in my department are not taken serious. Rotten food, equipment left uncleaned and contaminated. I try to correct these things but nothing is done to help the situation
wasn't paid as promised according to their time line. Didn't get my vaca or sick time.

We keep the store clean and keep the customers happy and smiling. We do still have a level of customer service we like to meet, and having a happy and easygoing crowd makes for an ideal workplace.

A standard need to me set and maintained. And a understanding of the responsibilities given to management needs to be valued.
They are very thorough and honest about the work you are expected to do, your rates, etc.
