Communicating and not having an ego
Communicating in a manner that doesn't offend and disrespect.
They need to be able to not get personal and emotional unstable on the job. I am am there to go do the best job possible but when management gets too much into there personal life it affects my ability to be productive at work. Even when I do my job right and effectively they falsified write up
