Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Large cases, ridiculous productivity standards
The pay is far too low, we are over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated.
I love the job but I feel that salary for the experience and education is lacking. The job is stressful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work well together
They work well with each other and try to improve things for the employees
We have great teamwork in our department.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are petty and vindictive, always looking for a way to throw each other under the buss and gossip.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is friendly and has a smile
Employees working together to provide care for patients and each other
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Co-workers being more civil with each other. Helping one another and working together as a team.
